Natasha, with 8 years of experience in the dental field, began her journey as a receptionist and, through hard work and dedication, worked her way into a management role. She’s passionate about building strong team culture and boosting morale, and thrives on creating a positive and supportive environment for both staff and patients.

One of the most rewarding parts of her role is connecting with patients and ensuring they receive the highest level of care and service every day.

Outside of the office, you’ll likely find her spending quality time with family, traveling, or enjoying a round of golf.

Brittany brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field, with a background in office administration and management. In her current role as Administrative Sleep Coordinator, she has the pleasure of connecting with a wide range of people every day—something she truly enjoys. She’s proud to be part of such a dedicated and compassionate team.

Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her family, staying active through various sports, and making the most of each and every day.

Carly is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for from the moment they reach out. With five years of experience in the dental field, she brings a strong understanding of patient needs, efficient scheduling, and insurance coordination — all delivered with professionalism and a warm, approachable attitude.

Carly believes that exceptional dental care begins with exceptional service, and she takes pride in helping every patient have a positive experience.

Outside the office, Carly enjoys staying active through volleyball and snowboarding, bringing the same energy, focus, and enthusiasm to her hobbies as she does to caring for patients.

Paige is our Hygiene Coordinator and Front Office Administrator with over a year of experience in the dental field. Paige began her career in international modeling at a young age, where she developed a strong appreciation for confidence, connection, and the power of a great smile. Paige brings a creative touch to the office, with a passion for art and a love for travel, especially her time spent in Mexico. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing at home with her partner Dylan and their dogs.

Brianna has been part of the dental industry for over 8 years. Originally from the East Coast and raised in Calgary, she graduated from SAIT Polytechnic in 2016 and has been working alongside Dr. Shahin ever since—even relocating to Edmonton to continue their collaboration.

Throughout her career, Brianna has gained experience in various areas of dentistry, including implants, cosmetic smile cases, and now Invisalign. She recently expanded her skill set by completing the RDA Orthodontic Module at the University of Alberta in 2024.

On weekends, Brianna enjoys discovering new parts of Edmonton and has officially declared her love for the River Valley over the Bow River. While she doesn’t have a pet at home (yet!), she proudly takes care of the office fish, Izzy.

Morgan has been an RDA for over 9 years and has worked at The Snore Centre since 2019. She is passionate about helping patients achieve life-changing sleep. When not at work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and embracing life outside the clinic.

London is a Clinical Sleep Assistant with over six years of experience at the Snore Centre. She’s passionate about helping patients live healthier, longer lives through personalized care, and truly values the lasting relationships she builds along the way. She specializes in Obstructive Sleep Apnea and loves the ever-evolving learning opportunities this field offers.

Outside of work, she’s all about time with family, friends, and her beloved dog, Jet (if you’ve met her, you’ve definitely heard about him!). She’s an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys running, hiking, skiing, spin classes, and cozying up with a good book and coffee.

She lives by the words “Leave No Doubt.” She’s driven, community-minded, and proud to support causes like the Stollery Children’s Hospital and the Canadian Cancer Society. She’s grateful to be part of the dedicated team at Viva Dental Wellness and The Snore Centre, making a difference every day.

Brenley has been working as a registered dental hygienist in Edmonton since 2016. She graduated from the University of Alberta with her diploma in 2016 and degree in 2017. Brenley takes pride in creating personal relationships with her patients to ensure she is creating an individualized care plan and recommending specific home care techniques. She is currently an assistant clinical professor at the University and thoroughly enjoys having an impact on future dental hygienists.

In her spare time, Brenley enjoys spending time with her family, fur babies and friends. She loves to talk about travel and sports. Brenley is very much looking forward to meeting you!

Kim has been practicing dental hygiene in Edmonton for almost 20 years. She graduated from the University of Alberta in 2006. Her passion for the profession is evident, and she focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, gardening, and traveling.
