Patients seen in our clinic enjoy the calming nature of our treatment suites. With entertaining screens, aromatherapy in their choice of fragrance blends, calming music, and a fully private treatment space, patients are relieved of the anxiety that may accompany a standard dental clinic visit. Astringent odors, noises from other treatment spaces, and a cold, clinical environment can be off-putting for patients! Our oversized and private treatment suites are much larger than standard clinical treatment areas, increasing patient overall comfort.

Patient Flow

We are pleased to offer the opportunity to maintain privacy when exiting the facility by offering a private payment area as well as a private exit for our patients. Gone are the days of discussing private medical information and payment in a waiting room full of other waiting clients. In fact, we feel so strongly about improving the customer experience that we retain a maximum of around 500 active patients, whereas traditional clinics typically see up to 1500 to 2000 active patients annually. This approach allows us to ensure that each patient is able to be seen very promptly, have very few patients in our waiting area at the same time, and reduce patient wait times (if any). Every patient is truly unique, and we work toward the best health outcomes of all. Whether you are 5 or 65, we look forward to serving you for the many years to come! It is important to us that our patients not feel rushed when discussing something as important as their dental health. At Viva, we set aside plenty of time for each appointment and some additional time to answer any questions or requests that our patients might have. Do you have any questions? We see our role as dental practitioners as part of your team of health advisors. While most patients tend to be educated about their options (thanks to the internet), our role is to understand the unique goals of our patients and to guide them with their care. We help you match your overall goal to a long-term plan, and we become the primary point of contact for your Oral and Dental Health-related questions and concerns. Even patients that are referred away from our clinic for specialty care will continue to receive our support and guidance as they complete their specialty treatments with other clinicians. Our patients and their families enjoy the benefit of our friendly and well-trained staff, whose goal is to ensure the best possible experience for each of our diverse patients.
