Meet the Team

Alysa started her career in dental while finishing her post-secondary education, graduating from the Business Administration – Accounting program at The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).

In her role, Alysa helps to present treatment plans, schedule appointments, and provide valuable guidance about patient’s dental insurance and financial planning for treatments. Alysa also oversees the accounts receivable process which includes billing, collections, and insurance company follow up to ensure compliance with dental billing and insurance regulations.

When not at the practice, Alysa enjoys visiting new restaurants, cafes and events in the city or cozying up on the couch with her two cats reading a good book. She also enjoys camping, group fitness classes and spending time with her Fiancé and family.

What Alysa enjoys most about her role is the ability to connect with patients to offer them support and guidance when speaking about insurance and procedures recommended to ensure a positive dental practice experience.
